This is the 2nd time in 23 years I bought a house...1st time buying by myself. I lost my husband of 38 years about 1 year ago. My husband always did the complicated paperwork. I was scared and hesitant to leave my current home. Jeramie was empathetic, supportive, and kept me on track. We either talked or texted almost everyday. Jeramie never made me feel inadequate and respected my questions and got back to me ASAP.

Alison was WONDERFUL to work with while we bought our first house. She was knowledgeable, thorough and was somehow able to accommodate all our numerous last minute, little notice requests for showings. Alison was able to really hone in on what we were looking for in a house and send excellent recommendations. During showings, she was honest and forthright, and we never felt pressured or like she was trying to make a sale - instead we felt like Alison was looking out for us and 'on our side' to find us our perfect house, no matter how long or difficult the process. Alison went above and beyond for us, presenting an offer in person in order to give us the best chance possible of winning a highly sought house in a very competitive market. Alison was very accessible, and though we know she had other clients, she made us feel like we were her only clients. She was incredibly fast and responsive to our requests, questions, concerns, and in submitting offers for us. Thanks to Alison, we are in a house we LOVE and we are confident that we were treated fairly and honestly during the search and buying process. We will use Alison again for any future real estate needs, and we would and do recommend her to our friends and family.

Jeremie was the first step to my home buying experiance and he was excellent, easy to talk to, great knowledge of buying and proper offer even through the pandemic. I had no worry that Jeremie knew what we wanted and would get us there safely and efficiently. We started our search right before the pandemic hit and closed on our home july 3rd and Jeremie kept us up to date with all the changes and made sure when we were ready to make an offer it would be ready to send right away. I would refer Jeremie to anyone looking to buy thier new home

I moved from California to Pennsylvania and had a serious time crunch in which to purchase a home. Working with Jeramie was an absolute dream! His knowledge of the area helped me pinpoint locations that would be best suited for me, and considering I was brand new to the east coast that was a HUGE blessing! He made the process efficient and interactions with him were always upbeat and positive. If you have a chance to utilize him for your next home purchase you won't regret it! He's honest and has such a vast knowledge of things that helps eliminate so much of the typical home buying stress. If anyone asks me who to use for buying a home, Jeramie is who I'll refer them to!
