Jeramie McLaughlin was one of the best real estate agents we ever dealt with. Jeramie had just started showing us homes when we were hit with COVID-19. During the stay at home orders Jeramie stayed in constant contact with us. He knew what type of home we were looking for. And after many turn downs we finally found our home. Jeramie is one the best tea estate agents that Berkshire Realty has.

My wife and I have been searching for a very long time for a home. We were getting frustrated in not being able to find a home or even a realtor that understands our needs. One day I was speaking with a coworker. She spoke to me about her purchasing a home. And how the realtor helped her out. So based off her recommendations I contacted Jeramie McLaughlin via email. After Jeramie explaining to us the process in looking for a home. We advised Jeramie the type of home we were looking for. And then the pandemic hit us. Which put a stop on looking for homes. However during the stay at home orders Jeramie still stayed in contact with us. Once the order was lifted we hit the road running. And two months later we found a home and closed on it. Jeramie is a very professional realtor. He understood what we where looking for. And he was upfront and honest with us on every home. Jeramie is not only a great and professional realtor. This is the 2nd time in 23 years I bought a house...1st time buying by myself. I lost my husband of 38 years about 1 year ago. My husband always did the complicated paperwork. I was scared and hesitant to leave my current home. Jeramie was empathetic, supportive, and kept me on track. We either talked or texted almost everyday. Jeramie never made me feel inadequate and respected my questions and got back to me ASAP.
