I had the opportunity to work with Alison to find a home in the Lancaster county area. Although we ended up buying in a different area, the time we had worked with Alison was absolutely amazing! She made herself constantly available to us whenever we wanted to see a home (we saw 4 or 5 with her). With the market being so crazy a lot of the showings were planned last minute, however Alison made it happen. She spent ample time educating us on the process, assuring we didn't just buy a home because we were in a rush. She is kind, patient, and understanding. I would highly recommend Alison to anyone looking for a home in the area. She will work with you, accommodate for you, and go above and beyond to exceed your expectations!

I was referred to Jeramie through my lender as a first time VA homebuyer. I had little to no knowledge of the VA process or homebuying in general, but Jeramie patiently helped us through it, explaining every step of the way. In a market with showings commonly open for only a few days, he was very flexible even while assisting other clients with our short notice requests. Highly recommended.

Ryan was able to make family's move from Alaska to Lancaster as smooth and easy as possible. He was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process and even after. We secured the house we wanted with Ryan's help and I would absolutely work with him again when the time comes to move.
