Jeramie was/is an excellent representative of Berkshire Hathaway and a tremendous realtor. He is very thorough in his joint search with his clients as well as very open and honest about homes in which he has past experience viewing. He chooses a more personal approach to home buying and makes a dedicated effort to ensure that the right home fits the right client. He exercised patience and flexibility with his time and consistently remained available for questions, in some cases late into the night. I would absolutely recommend him and Berkshire Hathaway to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Jeramie is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with. He had the challenging task of helping my wife and I find a home in a sellers market like Manheim. He did not back down to the challenge. He sent meaningful listings for us to review. When we wanted to view one, he was timely with setting up the appointment to see the house.
