Jeramie was patient with us! Once we decided to sell and move out of the state, we had a to do list and he added a few more MUSTs... we were in the process of completing everything to put the house on the market. Jeramie had another client who kept insisting to see a house like ours as he was listening to them. As it turned out, Jeramie asked if he could bring them over to the house...that same day the house was bid on and we approved! What a relief to not have to show the house! We were so thankful to Jeramie for his efforts!

Considering the unusual needs my family had for a house, Jeramie exercised tremendous patience and honesty while we spent months looking for a home that would fit. When we found the right place, Jeramie walked us through the process without issue and helped us put an offer together that left everyone satisfied. I was also amazed with the amount of work Jeramie put in to get the deal moving and how quickly he responded to our regular (and probably annoying) questions.

Jeramie was a wonderful realtor! This was our first time buying a home so everything was VERY overwhelming. He was very knowledgeable about everything and answered all of our questions promptly. We told him exactly what we wanted in a home and he didn't stop looking until he found us the perfect one.
