My name is Danielle Black, and my husband and I just recently bought our first home less than one month ago. We were more than grateful to have Jeramie as our realtor, he deserves more than 5 stars of excellence for all his hard work. Not only did he explain EVERY step of the home buying process to us, he was there to walk us through it all! We were first time home buyers (needless to say we needed a bit of extra "hand holding") and we also used the VA home loan which can be a very overwhelming experience to say the least, but Jeramie helped us in every aspect and was always available to answer any questions we had. Which being first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions! He spent countless hours searching the home databases for us for our home and he took his time to show us every house we asked to see. Then when we found "the one," Jeramie took the time to go over the bidding and negotiation processes with us, and all the different steps moving forward, working with him made things so much less stressful then what they could have been. Going through the home buying experience with Jeramie was marvelous, I wouldn't have wanted anyone else as our realtor. I cannot thank him enough for all his hard work and dedication to helping us find our perfect place to call home! We owe all our home happiness to Jeramie, he is an incredible realtor!
