Alison McLaughlin was very professional, attentive and trustworthy. I moved shortly after putting the house up for sale and Alison was wonderful with responding to my text/emails. She would check in the house to make sure everything was ok. She did a wonderful job following up with other realtors regarding any inquiries. Overall, we were very happy with her services and all her help in getting the house sold.

Jeramie was/is an excellent representative of Berkshire Hathaway and a tremendous realtor. He is very thorough in his joint search with his clients as well as very open and honest about homes in which he has past experience viewing. He chooses a more personal approach to home buying and makes a dedicated effort to ensure that the right home fits the right client. He exercised patience and flexibility with his time and consistently remained available for questions, in some cases late into the night. I would absolutely recommend him and Berkshire Hathaway to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Alison was very professional and knowledgeable about helping me find a home in my price range and area. As a first time home buyer, it is a very trying experience, but she was very kind and compassionate and didn't push me into something I didn't want or couldn't afford. Alison let me take my time and ask the questions I needed to so I could pick the right home. I love my new home! I would recommend Alison to anyone and everyone....she's great!!!

Alison is truly a pleasure to work with. She kept us in the loop constantly and always responded in a timely manner. As first time buyers, she gave us great advice on how to get an offer accepted. Her personality is perfect for her job. She got the job done easily. We had very specific stipulations in regards to location and we found a house within a week. I can't say enough about her. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy!

Jeramie McLaughlin was a recommendation by Veterans United and it was a great recommendation. We visited Pennsylvania twice specifically for house hunt and Jeramie maximized our time. He was well prepared and organized each time we arrived. We toured nearly two dozen homes over 6 different counties during 10 hour days. Additionally, since we were out of state buyers, we relied on him to arrange and manage everything from repairs and inspections to the final walk-thru and getting our services turned on. Jeramie genuinely cared about me and my family, always made himself available and readily assumed responsibilities beyond those normally expected of a realtor. I cannot say enough good things about Jeramie and his team, I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase in the eastern Pennsylvania area.

Jeramie was excellent start to finish. He made contact with us right away, filled out days with showings over several counties and helped us with our offer on our final choice. As out of state buyers he also handled a whole slew of above and beyond things as our representative; inspections, repairs, utilities, and more. Jeramie is awesome.

Not all home sale transactions are for happy reasons. I was selling my house because my husband passed away. It was an extremely emotional, stressful event for me, but Jeramie made everything easier. He calmed my fears and worries. He went above and beyond by handling details which overwhelmed me. He was professional, knowledgeable, capable, helpful, and extremely sensitive to my needs. I would highly recommend him as a realtor for both selling and buying. He also helped my daughter and son-in-law buy a house with perfect in-law quarters for me. It was no easy task trying to find the perfect home for three people who all had specific wants and needs. Jeramie was patient and preserved until he found us the perfect home.
